The Coach-Athlete relationship is unique and the most important in sport. On the other hand, it is like any other relationship, it has to be worked at and there will be bumps along the journey. When these bumps happen, how should we handle them? We each have our own method, system or style in managing these bumps/difficult conversations. But, what should we do when the intended outcome is not happening?

This topic is something of which most coaches will have had or will have experience. In this forum, we will discuss particular steps that we can take and questions we can answer before entering a difficult conversation. Each mind has a power of its-own and we should learn how to approach each individual separately.
